By uploading, you confirm you own these documents or have permission to share them.

We use what you send to assess your fundability and prepare your file. That includes sharing relevant documents with lenders, funding partners, and professionals working on your behalf. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it outside that work without your permission.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you upload. We build our recommendations from what you give us.

We keep your documents for as long as you're a client and for [retention period] after that. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required by law to keep it.

Nothing here is a promise of funding or approval. Lending decisions belong to lenders.
