Secure Document Upload Terms
By checking the acknowledgment box and uploading documents, you confirm that:
You own the documents or are authorized to provide them to Rivenway Business Solutions.
The documents and information you provide are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Rivenway may securely store, review, and use the documents to evaluate your business’s fundability, prepare your file, provide requested services, and develop recommendations.
Rivenway may share relevant documents with authorized team members, service providers, lenders, funding partners, and professional advisors only when reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested or as otherwise permitted by our agreements and Privacy Policy.
Rivenway does not sell your personal or business information.
Please upload only the documents requested. Do not upload passwords, PINs, one-time verification codes, or payment-card security codes.
Rivenway uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect uploaded information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Documents will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping obligations. Documents will then be securely deleted or anonymized according to Rivenway’s document-retention policy. Deletion requests will be honored when reasonably possible and legally permitted.
Uploading documents does not constitute a loan application and does not guarantee funding, approval, rates, terms, credit-score changes, or any particular outcome. All lending and approval decisions are made independently by the applicable lender or funding provider.
